Virtualization Specialist

My client, a Suffolk County computer company, seeks to hire a SharePoint Development Senior Virtualization and Cloud Technologies Specialist.

To be considered, candidates must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Windows Server Virtualization (2003, 2008R2), Administration and Active Directory
• 2 to 3 years direct experience implementing VMWare
• Knowledge of, and experience with:

• Application Virtualization, Application Hosting, Terminal Services
• Advanced DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP
• Cisco Routing, Security Devices, Intrusion Detection, Load Balancing
• Office 365 Migration & Implementation
• Cloud Hosting Solutions

Additionally candidates must:
• Have a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Be well organized, proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented
• Have the ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload
• Display strong attention to detail with superior customer service skills
• Have strong documentation abilities

The salary range for this position is $60-70,000, not including a full-benefits package.
