Technical Support. This is a junior level position, the candidate will be someone with 2-3 years experience with Luinx/unix or windows, Oracle database and/or MS-SQL

Experience in the Supply Chain sector is preferred but not necessary. This is not a call center help desk position, it is client driven with solutions taking a few days or longer to complete.

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and client interfacing skills.
