TM Floyd & Company is recruiting a .NET Developer for a long-term, W-2 contract position in Columbia, SC. The person in this position will be responsible for a combination of .NET development and conversion from PowerBuilder. He/she should have strong C# and ASP.NET experience, knowledge of the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)/Avalon interface, and be able to write WPF applications using XAML.

The ideal candidate will have experience converting applications to .NET, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience developing in C#/.Net. He/she should also feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision.

Job Skills

• 2-5 years of C#/.NET development experience
• 2-5 years of experience writing WPF/Avalon applications using XAML/XML
• Ability to convert programs to .NET and develop from scratch
• Knowledge of PowerBuilder preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
